Some Days

Some days are harder than others. The solitude brings solace. The sunflowers are my friends, for they too stand strong even as their petals fall. They too have witnessed it all.

I do not know what pain is anymore for most days I have grown numb to it. I remember what being without it feels like because of memories that arise and flow through my semi mangled body, when I am on the plant medicine. That in, part keeps me going, shows me that I can exist without it. On the good days, when I can hurt & be active, I overcome and at times lose a part or two but it is so worth it.

To be here. On Earth. Even if it all has changed for change is all there is.

It's about the essence of finding solace in solitude and drawing inspiration from the resilience of nature, embodied by the sunflowers. My reflection on the ebb and flow of pain, the memories that bring solace, and the value of simply being on this ever-changing Earth. It's a reminder of the strength that can be found in embracing change and cherishing each moment. Grand rising to you
